Prospectus / KID
The KID (Key Information Document, formerly known as the KIID) is the standardized 2-3 page summary that every fund or pension plan must publish, covering its objective, risk, fees and historical performance.
It is required reading before signing up for any investment product in the European Union, and its format is standardized precisely so different products can be compared using the same information categories.
Among other things, it contains the exact current TER, the PRIIPs risk scale and performance scenarios — always more reliable than a figure you may have seen in an article or third-party comparator, including this one.
