Robo-advisor

A robo-advisor is an automated investment manager that builds and rebalances a diversified portfolio of index funds according to your risk profile, at a lower cost than traditional active management.

After a questionnaire about your time horizon and risk tolerance, the robo-advisor assigns you a model portfolio (for example, a mix of index equities and bonds) and rebalances it automatically over time.

In Spain, Indexa Capital, Finizens and inbestMe are common examples, both for general investing and for indexed pension plans.
